Comprising engineers in natural and environmental sciences, alongside a culinary artisan, our mission centers on transforming apicultural practices into environmentally harmonious processes. Leveraging Information Technology and Telecommunications, including GIS and Data Analysis, we coordinate ecosystem services and educational initiatives, aligning with the natural rhythm of cycles. Honey 🌺🍯

Our honeys come from the Apis mellifera species, they are generally multifloral, as they depend on the ecological characteristics of the landscape where the hives were cultivated, bifloral (rarely) and the Acacia honey, which can be said to be monofloral. Beekeepers who harvest these honeys promote good beekeeping practices.
Meads 💛🍻🥂🍹

Meads are one of the oldest historically recorded alcoholic beverages. They consist of a mixture of water and honey and the cultivation of a microscopic fungus (yeast: Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and anaerobic (living without the presence of oxygen). This yeast consumes the sugar in the honey, generates CO2 and ethanol. Thus producing the alcohol levels present in the final product. It is stimulating and nutritional. May contain small traces of solids left by the fermentation process. Alcohol content approx. 15% v/v. We suggest refrigerating before consumption.
